This week - Africa
Every Saturday night in August and September the Hornets are featuring the culinary delights from different regions and continents around the globe. This week, we're heading to Africa to sample Bobotie (weird mince dish), Flatheat Fillets, Venison, Morrocan Lamb shanks and Monkey Gland Steak (no monkeys harmed in the preparation of this dish). We'll see you this Saturday night as we feature tastes of the Africa.
We'll also be showcasing another night of Asia (11/9), Europe (again on 18/9) and Australia / Pacific (25/9). Keep checking this page for updates.
